The Individuals Who Make It Work
The work of the Mastery Foundation is overseen by a Board of Trustees. Board members are volunteers who give generously of their time, their talent, and their resources to support and ensure the success of our programs and initiatives. Many of them are also program leaders.
The Mastery Foundation has a very small but talented, part-time staff. Executive Director Ann Overton is responsible for the overall work of the Foundation as well as its day-to-day management and administration. Administrative support is provided by Caroline Whittle and Carole Schurch.
